This is a very popular service. We commit to staying abreast of your issues on a month by month basis, we get to know your organisation and the key people, we meet regularly to discuss evolving issues and we are available 24hrs if you need us. You have a dedicated team of experts that understands your business.
Insured support
For those who will mostly require telephone counsel and online/press office support – you can purchase a level ‘insurance’ to suit your business.
Rebuilding your reputation
And when the storm has calmed – we can work with you to regain focus and rebuild your reputation.
This is can be anything from crisis scenario planning and rehearsing to being on call. It can include any or all of the services we offer.
Simply on call
You can contact us 24hrs a day whenever you have a problem. You can use us for an hour or a week - we simply charge a premium rate for our non retained clients.
