Digital media
The growth of social media is perhaps the most talked about phenomenon in communications. But it more than talk – an ever increasing number of your customers are using websites, blogs, chatrooms, wikis and folksonomies to share information, make decisions and shape their world.

We believe that this is more than a shift in communications ‘channels’ – what we are seeing as a fundamental change in ‘mode’ of communication. PR in the digital world is about engaging in conversations, listening, contributing and participating, but not controlling or bluntly broadcasting messages.

Whether the news is good or bad, this expanding medium has to be managed.
