The Nightmare Before Christmas: Cameron’s unhappy summit

Later this evening, the Prime Minister David Cameron will arrive in the rain-soaked Belgian capital Brussels for the latest in a round of make-or-break summits on the Eurozone debt crisis.
He enters the negotiations in unenviable position; under pressure from MPs in his own party demanding the repatriation of powers from Brussels to London and scorned by other European leaders for his lack of enthusiasm for further EU integration.
